It was served with corn chips and a small salad (check if the salad sauce is vegan because I didn't dare taste it). The Standby is a nice little restaurant but there is a lot of people and staff sometimes struggle to follow, while remaining friendly and welcoming.

A lesser star because quite noisy when the place is filled and because it lacks 2-3 nice beers to taste with its dish.
