Then we tested the Thai Pad with a crispy chicken: OH.MON.DIEU. The combination of sour-low noodles with the acidity touch of the lemon the satisfying crispy chicken is of a really scary addictive power... It's okay. It's so delicious that ALL the orders I saw contained crispy chicken in each dish. They master the chicken perfectly and the customers know it. Now you know that, too. They add a green sauce.
