Welcomed with warmth and kindness by the 'patron' of places that explains to us that his wife is Peruvian, that he is in kitchen with another employee, that the dishes presented in the table are inspired by the origins of Madame. In amuse-mouth of bruschettas with chorizos and pineapples, in flat a slice of black stain accompanied by sweet potatoes, an egg on the dish and a Peruvian specialty: rice, chorizo, white beans. A pure wonder! Thank you to this passionate gentleman who cooks, takes commands, serves table dishes. Beautiful moment! Thanks to him, the cook, his team! I'll be back with pleasure.
