Domino's Pizza - Broxtowe

Took 1hour 15 min for pizza to be arrive. Food was nearly cold. Food boxes were all squashed and looked as if the food had been dropped. Toppings plansted to the lid of all of the boxes. Not tasty. Rang and staff not bothered. Email sent to dominos and automated reply making me think this is a normal occurance for them. Expensive and greatly disappointing experience.

This restaurant was a disappointment. The food was cold and undercooked, particularly the pizza which had a base that collapsed when trying to pick it up. It seemed like the toppings had not even been cooked. I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs. Save your money and go somewhere else, even a store-bought frozen pizza would be a better option. This experience was a disgrace.

Had several Pizza deliveries from this branch of the Domino's Pizza chain and they were always delivered quickly, hot and the pizza's were well made and tasty. A perfect convenient pizza solution.

We have been loyal customers of Dominos Pizza for several years and always ordered the same pizzas every time. Today, we decided to order our usual pizzas, with one half with cheese and tomato and the other half with pepperoni. We were flatly refused with the excuse that they couldn't do that due to COVID-19. It is disgraceful to use COVID-19 as an excuse. We would appreciate a full explanation from Domino's.

Staff are very nice, im not sure of his name but there is one gentleman who always makes my little girls visit extra special by showing off his pizza making skills. She loves it!
