What DCB40 doesn't like about Lavas:
We have been ordering from Lavas for several years but over the last few months the service has really declined. My delivery orders started to be either really late or with items wrong or missing so we got to the point of ordering on line and then going to collect. The brand new restaurant is beautiful. very friendly service and a welcoming atmosphere with beautiful surroundings. the waiter is very pleasant and the dessert menu is optimal! I love the brown derby! main courses, a great variety and a rotation of the normal Turkish kitchen.
The customer service was excellent the restaurant ambiance was very homely. Mahdi served us well with delicious food tasted very homemade the complementary dips were a lovely touch to our evening.
Ordered a delivery which turned up 1 hour later. Disappointed as food was cold and instructions for one meal was not followed. Shame as food is usually really good.
Cheshunt Minor injuries would like to thank all the staff at Lavas for our delicious take away lunch today. So tasty !! The best chilli sauce ever !! You always look after us, thank you and keep up your hard work , we appreciate it.
