Schlotzsky's - Brownwood

Good regular sandwich was delicious, drive thru was quick got order was correct ?Parking: Larger rigs can park behind store.

Dined after church the restaurant was full of smoke ...the only fountain drinks were coke an diet coke .... employees out of uniform...took 45 minutes to get order...we had to pick up order and bring to our table ....we asked about the smoke and the employee just laughed and said oh maybe that is why my eyes are burning ....the pizza had no sauce it was just meat and cheese...very dry....very disappointed will never dine there again ...it was like a bar atmosphere with all the smoke and the loud and rude people

Ordered smoked turkey avocado without mayo and unsweetened tea. Got some sandwich with no avocado, Mayo everywhere and sweet tea. I love Schlotzsky's but this one is going down hill.

Come in here all the time and order basically the same thing every time. The service is all way on point, and the workers are always pleasant. Been to other Schlotzsky's in the past and none of them are as good as this one. Christian definitely runs a great crew over here.

We were sad when the last Schlotzsky's in California closed, so were happy to visit this one in Texas. It was as good as we remembered! We had the Original and the French Dip, both were nicely toasted. Service was friendly and prompt.
