Wing Stop - Brownsville

Terrible service. Ordered for pickup 20 piece hot wings and got 10 lemon pepper. Wait time was 25 min, was over an hour. By the time we saw order was wrong, they had closed. Needs new managment. Horrible service, last time I order from there

Never ordering this location again, third in a row , ordering online with 15 min ahead and waiting 30-40 min on the store, just for a two 10 pc wings…

Ordered online to make it faster .when waiting for order people walked in to order and got their order faster than me ordering 20 minutes ahead.no vegetables were provided on the order.2 lg order of fries only one order seasoned.the second order wasn't seasoned and we're only burnt pieces no edible fries. This place just keeps getting worse.

We were sitting waiting for our food for 45 minutes and after walking to ask for our food, the employee that took our order was walking around frantically looking for our food that was just sitting there and was only pointed out after we got our refund that took up to 10 minutes for the manager to give us.

Not sure what's been going on recently whether it's a new manager or new hires but the last THREE times in a row i've gone have been terrible experiences. 40 minutes wait times with an online order, dip cup only half filled, HAIR in my fries, just terrible all around. Will be switching to another location, this one completely dropped the ball
