I tried Whataburger for the first time and it lived up to the hype. The food was excellent and the service was great. The restaurant was very clean and well-maintained. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Whataburger:
Burgers were fresh, but I had moderate order and I wondered why it was ready in like 5 minutes when waiting is like 15 minutes on average. They did the burger, but they wanted to. All I asked not to be put into the burger was threaded and I asked for salad and how a little piece was put in it. Lately, I have repeatedly experienced a problem at this restaurant where they forget to include items in my takeout orders. The first time I didn't realize until I got home, but now I make sure to check my order every time because it has become a common occurrence. It is frustrating to have to go back and ask for the missing items, especially when it turns out that they didn't even make them in the first place. This results in longer wait times and cold food by the time I finally receive everything.
I was pleasantly surprised by the positive attitudes of all the staff at this restaurant, except for the manager who was very rude.
I don't know, ever since Whataburger was sold to a Chicago company, it hasn't been the same. The prices are high, the quality is lacking, and when you eat it, it just doesn't remind you of a good Whataburger. It's sad.
The breakfast platter wasn't that great. For thar price, eggs should be included.
They did put the wrong lettuce on my chicken sandwich but they fixed it no problem and we had a big group and got served quickly awesome experience here
