What User doesn't like about Tropical Smoothie Cafe:
I recommend going to the Boca Chica location, as they consistently provide good service there. However, my experience at the Pablo Kisel location was disappointing. Despite requesting no sugar multiple times, the person taking my order at night still added it in, leaving a noticeable taste of granules. The workers seemed unmotivated and unenthusiastic. Tried this place today and was impressed!! The guy who took the orders was polite, patient and had great recommendations! He hung me with Kiwi smoothie along with a Caribbean Jerk wrap and Jalapeño mask. Then the sweet girls on the drive through the window also had perfect customer service! I will definitely return and recommend to my friends. View all feedback.
