Starbucks - Brownsville

This place is so busy that they have no service, they are really good to load you, but they never get order right / and only short straws that go into your cup and disappear. Paid $13.98 for 2 large and cant even long enough straw. I call the manager and she was already aware of it, but kept quietly over short straws. How are you not enough money to buy straw / Sams Club has some just say

What can I say? It's Starbucks. The coffee and Teas are amazing. If you haven't tried the sweet cream cold brew and need a quick pick me up, I would definitely give it a whirl. Try it with 2 creams and 2 sugars on the bottom part extra foam if you like sweetness!Food: 5/5

Horrible customer service by the “manager”. A young blonde lady was extremely rude with all customers at closing hours. Several of us were standing right outside the store at 11pm right after grabbing our drinks. We asked what we were doing wrong since we had just grabbed our drinks right before closing time (she never mentioned they closed at 11) and she proceeded to say she was going to call the police and so she did ask for a police unit because “customers were not leaving”. My family of 8 was forced to leave the parking lot. Again, we were very polite with her and she had no reason to be talking so rudely to us.

This place is very clean and the staff is friendly and professional but my green tea Frappuccino was so bland it honestly could have been just milk and ice with a little food coloring. The color was veeeeery light green. I asked for a venti and probably got less than a demi portion of green tea flavor. 0/5 stars on this drink but maybe the other ones are ok.
