Always great service during the evening. Super friendly management and staff. Pizza is always hot and exactly as ordered. Only once was my wing order off but management quickly remedied it! The manager personally delivered a replacement curbside. Happy customer. View all feedback.

Had it always messed up my order and I kept spending over $100 driving all the way home and they forget to give me my wings after the Huy always said that she never gave me anything again View all feedback.
Honestly , ordered delivery while in town. I?ve eaten at quite a few different locations around the continental US, and this is without question the best Pizza Hut I?ve ever had.
Best Pizza Hut in Brownsville! The food is always hot, customer service is great, pizzas are super tasty! I use the app to order usually have it delivered. Today, I ordered at 11:03 my food was delivered at 11:25. I live fairly close by but it never fails. Their contactless delivery is awesome, everything is always wrapped secured in a plastic bag to prevent any sort of contamination
Very clean and very much aware of following the Covid policies. Food was good and can out quick. Waitress had to multitask but was very friendly and efficient.
I would like to acknowledge Monica on outstanding customer service. I went to pick up my order and she greeted me right away as soon as I got there. She valued my time and brought my order out quickly. She was very professional and assertive.
I like the pizza and the service from here, so I recommend it!
