What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
The service here is pathetic, the working people do not care. Staff there constantly make mistakes, do not know how to handle mobile orders, make you constantly wait on the register while talking to each other and making jokes around. When I went to the restaurant, it was badly maintained and not clean. Every time I look, there's a lot of new faces that tells me they can't keep quality workers. Management has complet... Very fast and friendly experience McDonald's always delivers ?
I recently moved back to the U.S. from South Africa, I was really looking forward to treating my kids to McDonald's. What have they done to the bread here? The buns have a fake taste and feel to them, not at all what I remember as a kid and not at all what we had in Africa. Burgers are much better over there, the difference is the bread. So instead of a weekly treat, we are now only as a last resort.... Don't eat their garbage unless you really have too....
8/16/22 I just went to McDonald's on117 America Drive, Brownsville, TX 78526Ordered a Large Iced Caramel Macchiato, drive thru cashier asked me to wait on lane 2, waited for 20 min, by this time they had already taken 2 of the same drinks to a vehicle parked next to me. I went inside to ask why it was taking so long, the two cashiers just smiled and did not say anything, a manager walked by I asked again why am I still waiting for my drink, which she responded, I don't know sir, I am over here (cashier side) I don't know what they're doing over there, I asked another lady which seemed like a manager, she responded the machine has been broken, I told her again, why are the beverages being served but mine?, she responded they ordered something different, I told her, they ordered the same thing as I did, then she said, here's your drink and have a nice day....I felt so bad and completely ignored, I was literally blown away from her reaction, zero customer service and made me feel like s.....A simple apology would have been enough!
The food was good however I was charged for bacon and no bacon was added to my burger. I also used the app for a deal however I was still charged full price.
Never again to this McDonalds the drive threw employees playing around not taking orders right an when I brought it up to there attention the girl got upset an started yelling back never again ?????
