What User likes about La Scala:
The customer service was very good at this restaurant. I hosted a birthday dinner for my mother and myself, and everything was going smoothly until we requested napkins and plates for the cake. They refused to provide them to us even though we had paid for their services as a large group. We were frustrated when they explained that the owner did not want to give us free plates and napkins. The service at this restaurant was terrible! The waiter had a negative attitude and we had reserved a table for a birthday celebration. They refused to provide us with a cake platter or even serviettes. The waiter claimed that they were not informed by the person who made the reservation, which was a lie.
