we waited 40 minutes the menu said coffee included, but still charged 4$ more anyway was very small very small very bland would not have tasted at home would never have been very bad service bad quality only we stay short away as we wait for 40 minutes and we did not want to be rude, but would just stand up and leave anyway bad restaurant I have ever been in Brownsville View all feedback.
Consistently excellent. A true tradition in Brownsville. The coffee is fantastic... at least in my opinion.
After relocating from one end of the Texas border to the other in Brownsville, discovering BCS2 was a delightful surprise! They serve excellent menudo at very reasonable prices!
I absolutely love their refried beans! The menudo is available every day and it’s always delicious. The service is fantastic as well.

Love this place since I was a kid it’s always got a magical atmosphere and the food never disappoints. This place holds a lot of childhood core memories and you’ll make some with your family here.
