WHAT ELSE??!! This is what you will hear at this Dunkin Donuts after you tell them you only want one thing. They only care about your money and don 't listen to you. WHAT ELSE??!! This is what you will hear at this Dunkin Donuts after you tell them you only want one thing. They only care about your money and don 't listen to you. They don 't use the standard amounts of cream and sugar like other Dunkin Donuts, so you 'll notice your coffee tastes off as you drive away. They know you 'll likely not turn around for a refund, so they keep getting away with it. I 've been in retail forever and just think it 's so terrible to say WHAT ELSE??!! to people all day.
WHAT ELSE??!! This is what they always say every time, even after you tell them you only want one thing. The owner has no respect for people and only cares about money and upselling. Their coffee tastes different than every other Dunkin Donuts, so their probably using lesser amounts of cream, sugar, or coffee. If they 're even using real Dunkin Donuts coffee. You 're just a dollar to them, so do yourself a favor and go to the Dunkin Donuts on 130 and Cove instead. It 's only 2 lights further.
I've been going to this specific dunkin since their grand opening and it's really gone down hill over the last 1-2 years. Coffee is burnt, orders always wrong. Today ordered hashbrowns and coffee. Once again the coffee is burnt. The hashbrowns old, cold and rock hard. I asked them to make me a fresh order, they literally re-warmed the old hash browns I had refused. It's not worth going there anymore just a waste of money, so I guess I'll try Cove rd again.
Very rude all the employees were rude from ordering my items at the drive thru speaker to the second employee that actually took my money for my items they rush you even when you ask for a second they kept asking me to hurry up like I’m not a customer spending money I work at Wawa we never treat our customers bad or rush them especially if they are spending money. They treat their customers disgusting
I was well taken care of. My only purchase was a coffee. Thank you Dunkin for waking me up and keeping me safe on my drive home.
