Charivna Taistra - Brovary

Until 18.08. Taystra was our favorite place with excellent cuisine. Unfortunately, we have to note that after our visit on August 18, we were disappointed with the quality of the food served. The bacon in the Caesar salad had a slight smell of staleness, which was confirmed the next night and morning. The ticket to Riga was booked. Lavash with grilled cheese, it seemed that such a position would be difficult to spoil, but it was possible. The appearance is crumbly, burnt out, which is not characteristic of this establishment. But the apotheosis was Pancakes with apples baked in cream in which condensed milk diluted with water was used as a sauce. Ordering this dish not for the first time and knowing its taste, we give credit to the chef for such a milky sauce the combination is terrible. There are no complaints about shish kebab and drumsticks, everything is fine. Based on the fact that this is our favorite establishment, we would have swallowed these shortcomings, but the Fun weekend with tickets to Riga obliges us to write this review with the hope that in the future the administration will ask itself and the chef to treat their responsibilities more professionally. Celebrated wife's birthday. The end of the evening was disgusting. The manager behaved incorrectly, rudely and not kindly. Left a bad residue. Most likely, as customers, this institution has lost us. Service: 1

A colleague and I held a round table for 15 participants with a banquet at the end. The table was served for 15 people, we, as speakers, wanted to sit down with people at the table just for company. When I asked the administrator Elena to give us two plates and utensils she refused!!!!! To the question why not? she replied that there was no need to lie!!!! if we ordered a banquet for 15 people, then there must be 15 at the table, otherwise the establishment loses money!!!!! I want to say that I have been holding similar events for more than 10 years and this was the first time I met someone like that. Especially during the war, when institutions should, as it were, protect their customers and treat them with respect at least. Olena said that she is also meeting clients like me for the first time, that I am rude. Dear Taistra I want to note that thanks to Olena, you did lose money, because by September I planned to hold 8 more round tables at your place for 20 25 participants. Shame and shame.
