Starbucks - Broussard

The staff at this location is always so friendly. The orders come out quickly, and accurate. When other locations are out of certain items I can always come here and they will have it. This location is easy to access from the highway, I just wished they stayed open later.

I would leave 0 stars if possible. This location has used instacart services for replenishing their dairy products and have tip-baited the Instacart worker. They completely removed the tip while simultaneously acknowledging they gave excellent service. This is so unethical and inconsiderate. Please reconsider before patronizing this location as they are taking advantage of workers in the community.

These people tip-bait gig workers (promising a tip for shopping delivering large orders of ingredients, and then removing the tip completely, leaving the worker with below-minimum wage earnings.

Greeted with a friendly and happy hello!! Customer service was on point and I received my white chocolate mocha rather quickly compared to other Starbucks I have visited. My only disappointment would be the restroom which was not as clean as I would have expected.

Easily accessible, they make great coffee here! My wife gets a white mocha frappe at Chino with extra pumps of white mocha, and I get a green tea frappe at Chino with raspberry sweetener, both made perfectly this morning! I am staying at the hotel across main street and I got there at 5:31 AM this morning when they opened with no line at all. The barista?s were kind and cordial and even offered my German Shepherd who is sitting next to me a big cup of whipped cream at no extra charge because he was drooling. Great coffee! Central and easily accessible location! Thanks for the wonderful experience Starbucks!
