Tim Hortons - Brossard

I have never seen such good treatment and manners as this branch.Really thank you to all the workers there, how welcoming you are

Very nice staff. That's all I can say :)I had to stop there for my kid. Otherwise, the coffee is not drinkable (goes for all Tim Hirtons), the doughnuts are all sugar and way too sweet to eat.I understand so many people like Tim Hortons, and I respect that, but it's not for me.

Service from employees was perfect exempt from the old lady making the sandwichs, she was very rude and she kept screaming at us for asking a simple question, we just said oh and I think there is also a turkey sandwich we are missing and she said what does it look like I 'm doing . Then I ask here what sandwichs were in my bag (it was a big order) and she kept screaming at me there are 2 sandwiches , it took another worker to come explain to me. If I come back and she still has this attitude I will complain to the manager.

I wish there was a zero star for the service that I have received. The staff are incompetent and slow. I received my drink and it was almost fully done by the time I received my sandwich. It took 30 mins for them to make a sandwich AND they only started when I reminded them. Do yourself a favour and go to the other Tim Hortons in Brossard.

Sign says open. People are sitting inside. There’s an employee right there but doors are locked. EVERY.SINGLE.TIMEJust close up shop. Do us all a favour and free up the space for a shop that will actually sell things
