they have an allergen menu. many meals contain gluten, but they offer the opportunity to change the meal to most of them to make it gluten-free. our server understood the disease and said that the kitchen staff knew how to be careful. they even came back to tell me that they could not guarantee cccs on my suppe, so I changed it into an salate.
