Generally, I've had a great experience here. On Saturday, we ordered just three drinks through the app, and it took about 10 minutes for them to arrive, which was a bit disappointing. However, during my previous visits, the food has been tasty, and the service has been prompt. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Sonic Drive-in:
I don’t know who the woman is, but there’s definitely someone who hates her job. She seemed completely disengaged; I could see her rolling her eyes and turning her head when my wife wasn’t quick enough. On the other hand, there was another young lady there who was fantastic. On the other day at 16 o'clock on this place they were literally stopped ordering without taking a statement why. no sign or anything. the people just sit there and wait. Totally violent! the only people they helped were those who sat on the terrace. drive them to drive thru, no service for them! will not come back soon. good job sonic!
Cold fries, cold chicken tenders, cold burgers and cold drinks. Seems only items that require one button will be accurate from the humans that work there. Where are the robots already with my fast hot food?!
Went there for shakes, they told us too many people had ordered ice cream and they weren't going to make any more..
As almost every other reviewer is saying, the nighttime “supervisor” decided to close at 8pm on Sunday when the location is supposed to be open till 9pm. I placed an online order before 8pm which he refused to honor even after I had been politely waiting for 20 minutes. I pressed the button and spoke with him, he refused to make my order OR issue me a refund. All he said was “we’re supposed to be open until 9pm but it’s father’s day and I want to go home.” Then the twerp hung up on me. Well, I didn’t ask you if you wanted to go home early, and now you’ve stolen actual money from me in addition to wasting my lunch hour. There were 4 workers inside messing around doing nothing. They turned away 6-7 customers in the 20 minutes I was there. This is unacceptable. I expect a full refund and compensation for this obscenely rude behavior.
Eh, nothing special. Food tasted over cooked and super greasy. Menu seems to be alot less then it use to be.
