What User doesn't like about Noodles And Company:
The two people who served me were very polite. They mentioned that they accidentally dropped a piece of chicken and offered me a cookie, but I declined. They still gave me a crispy treat. View all feedback.
The entire experience at the restaurant was excellent. The food was delicious, the service was exceptional with very friendly staff, and there were plenty of open tables on the patio. We left feeling very pleased.
A few years ago, this noodle restaurant had some problems with the food and service. However, something changed and now it has greatly improved. We have dined here several times recently and found the service and food to be excellent. We highly recommend it and plan to return.
I spent over $50 on four cold noodle bowls at this restaurant. The manager, Lynn, was extremely rude. The noodles appeared to be old and I paid an extra $4 for just three tiny shrimp. I suggest going to another place for dinner if you are considering getting pasta. I placed an order through the app and it said it would be ready in 17-21 minutes. However, when I called 10 minutes later to confirm my order, they said it was already prepared and waiting. By the time I got my food, it was cold and tasteless. Instead of trying to rectify the situation, the manager was unhelpful and rude. Very unsanitary and disappointing experience.
I absolutely adore these noodles. We are willing to drive a bit further just to order from this location instead of the one closer to us. Whether it's because they are made with love or by energetic young adults fueled by Red Bull, I don't know, but it definitely works. A big thank you to the team for always making them extra delicious. I give them a perfect 10 out of 10 on the deliciousness scale.
Ordered a Caesar salad. Did not come with dressing. When I called to see what can be done they don't answer the phone. I've been a loyal Noodles customer for years, but won't be back to this location. I'm wondering if it's because I don't tip on take out orders. I'd certainly like to know if tipping is required for good service and if the employees get paid enough to perform their jobs without tips for people that aren't using the location to eat.
