However, since I had paid with a credit card, she said she couldn't process the refund without my receipt. I provided it, and she issued the refund, but when I asked for her manager's name, she brushed me off, saying, "What are you going to do about it? She’s in Hawaii." I told her that this was the worst service I had ever encountered and that she needed more training. I assured her that I would be reporting her to her manager upon her return. Stephanie simply replied, "You can just leave now—I'm busy." I will definitely not be returning to this restaurant, and I urge others to steer clear as well. You risk getting the wrong order, as well as facing poor service and an unpleasant attitude from the Assistant Manager, Stephanie.
