Finally found a place that served more than decent Spaghetti Aglio Olio Peperoncino outside of Italy.

Delightful setting under the canopy of trees and the stars, happy friendly efficient service... we really wanted to write something a little more positive about the food. But no, the two pizzas we ordered were less than ordinary. The prawns on the gamberi were tasteless, very little chilli but lots of rocket, the prawns were much like overseas frozen prawns. The capricciosa had thin slices of processed packaged ham few mushrooms and tinned artichoke. For the price and the cafes reputation we expected far better than what we got.

Nice setting in an inconspicuous location in Broome Town. Delicious fresh handmade pasta & seafood washed down by lovely mojitos!

Heard good things about Cafe D'Amore, thought we should try it for ourselves. Followed Google Maps to get there with ease. Glad we booked a table, because it was a full house. The girls who were serving did an excellent job considering they were short staffed. Drinks came out quickly and there was only a short wait for the sensational food. My wife had the fettuccini cabonara and I had the fettuccini gamberi. Her meal was delicious and so was mine. I had a generous amount of banana prawns in mine and they were sensational. Only down side is we had no room to fit in some churros. We will return again. The photos don't do the meals justice.
