Nothing better than a great experience just because of employees having great attitudes. Went in with my two children and they handed them 2 juice boxes while they made my food. To me that goes such a long way. They were all happy and smiling and I'll be back very soon. Thank you! Food is always awesome as a nice bonus View all feedback.

I really wanted a good salad, so I created my own from Salad Works today. Hatte salad, pasta, turkey, buffalo chicken, peppers, tomatoes, red onion and cheese with Chipotle Ranch dressing. The buffalo chicken may also be simply roasted chicken because I could not distinguish it from the turkey. It was just a big disappointment.
Not God! The staff is rude and tries to close an hour early. They act as if you are harassing them and careless about dealing with food/not making the salads right. Some of the ingredients in the salad are questionable. I also have a pecan and cranberry chicken salad sandwich (two of them) without chicken on them! It was a disgusting mosque from cranberries, pecans and who knows what else. To round it off, they are extremely overpriced. You don't understand what you're paying for. Don't come back!
By far the worst experience I've ever had and with the upper administration. The staff is incompatible and must be retrained. Manager needs a new attitude and a little empathy. They close when they feel like no arguments or signage MANY TIMES, that was not the first time. If the top management doesn't really care about the business, why would the staff? And guess it shows. Long story short I received a terrible salad and called it the same night (835) for a refund. Paid cash had to come back the next day. Welp, they were closed early. You don't have a voicemail so you can't leave a message like I called it three times. So I made pictures proof. I went back today(230ish) for my refund only for an excessive run around!!!! Explains to me that there is not THERE debt that they cannot give me my full refund as I passed my 24 hours. I asked for District Manager. District manager slipped and told me 48 hours. Either they didn't want to give me my refund. Picture of over dressed salad(sophie) no walnuts or blue cheese( comes standard). That's a chicken bug??????? Yes I added to chickpeas and sunflower seeds and asked for LIGHT DRESSING. I even have a comment of less was more? A picture of me closed in the car outside of salad work at 757. And the image of the interior of the store completely empty. I even hung my receipt. If I could give zero stars, I would.
Terrible. I ordered a chicken salad sandwich and soup. The sandwich had almost no meat and served on broken old bread, and soup was ice cold. Can't believe they send food in this way..
I have been coming here for years. Always an enjoyable experience and GREAT salads. However, I come here today and they are no longer using the nice white bowls but are user SMALLER plastic containers that are clearly LESS OUNCES than the white bowls. Same price but less quantity. Very disappointed. Still hungry!!!??????
