Noodle Box - BROOKWATER

When I was here for the first time, there was no greeting, there was 1 customer waiting. I'll wait there for a few minutes before some of my commanded. eating was cooked quite quickly, which is great. the cist of the noodles was really good, but the dimming sims were burned on the floor. there must be some minor improvements, but overall, good memory: picture below is the burned dim sims

Always great food. Garlic prawns are a family favourite.

The food was great as always. I wish there was an option to add cashews to your meal or something though. The crispy chicken, fried rice and the honey soy chicken were delicious, and theres always leftovers for the next day.

Tried this place multiple times through Ubereats. Has always been borderline 'meh ' but my last order all arrived with no sauce and burnt noodles. I ordered chicken dim sims and fried rice. When taking the dim sims out of the storage container he smelled them before putting them in the deep frier. Why? Alarm bells! The dim sims were so over cooked they were inedible, but my dog loved them. Watching them prepare other orders food was spilt on the counter and he used his ungloved hands to pick up spillage and put back into the storage containers. Not once did I see him wash his hands as he was going from handling cash to preparing meals to wiping the sweat from his forehead. Lost this customer for sure !
