If I could give zero stars I would. The past 3 times I’ve been they just mess my order up. Ask for a lot of bbq sauce they give you one. I love Wendy’s bbq sauce. Asked for 10 pc nuggets they give me a bacon chicken sandwich. This place sucks. Spent $15 on food that I didn’t even eat. Threw away the chicken sandwich. If I wanted a chicken sandwich I would’ve ordered one. View all feedback.

Wow. What happened. This used to be a great stop. 20 min to get a salad!
Dude at the second window literally asked to make sure what our drinks were and which ones had ice and didn't before they made them.I swear this place has had the best service that I've ever seen a fast food place have.

I waited 40 minutes in the drive thru and moved one car....until I decided to go elsewhere....the brookville Wendy's has had terrible service for several years.....it is sad to me because I love Wendy's .....please go and help this store become great again on service.
