Taco Bell - Brookville

I’ve never been anywhere with such bad service, typically they are skimpy on the ingredients but after 10 mins of standing in the lobby , two people told me someone would be with me shortly. Never was helped after they told me they would correct their wrong from the night before. The night previously I asked if there was anything they didn’t have or weren’t making , so that I could order what was available. When I get home my order was missing half of the ingredients. When I called to ask if there was a mishap with the order I was informed that they ran out of rice at 11 and it wasn’t even 11 as we were on the phone. The person working the drive thru never asks to take your order they sit in silence until you ask if anyone available and responds rudely with “ I’m waiting for you to order”. After years of trying to give this place the benefit of the doubt, I can’t support them.

Got a chicken power bowl with no rice double chicken came out to 9 dollars and some change. And got almost no food, I understand times are tough but god damn. I could have gotten a chipotle bowl for less money 2-3 times the food, better tasting, better ingredients…….

Ordered a taco burrito party pack that supposed to come with 5 layers and only got bean burritos by the time I noticed they was already

First time at Tik Takos..just opened in Brookville. The restaurant is small and cute. Not a lot of seating. We got ours to go. We each got a taco and a burrito. The taco had radishes, which was fun unexpected. The burrito was good. Not as big as one you might get at chipotle but bigger than Taco Bell. It was kinda pricey. $11 for a burrito..but I was hungry..and it was cold..and raining..and late. Comfort food for the win.

Got a $5 box, it was packed neat, everything was fresh, all there, and it was hot. I don't often get that here in Champaign IL.
