Mcdonald's - Brookville

Typically the breakfast burritos are old and reheated. Last several trips, they've always been old maybe microwaved.

This was yet another attempt at this MdD's. Have NEVER got my order right. Went through drive-thru. Placed my order at 7:21, was told to park for fresh food. Got my food at 7:38. Got home, fries were hard and tasted like they had sat for hours. Both McChickens buns were smashed to pieces. Asked for light lettuce and extra mayo on one. Got one with 2 pieces of bacon. The chicken itself was dry and hard, again like it had sat for hours. Nuggets were dry and crispy as can be. I waited 17 minutes for this?????

Very unhappy. I used to go here all the time on my lunch break. It has gone down. They barely salt the fries and aren’t filling up the fries anymore so you order a medium and get a small in a medium container. I called casue this has been happening for a while now. And the manager gave me attitude saying there was no way that was true.

Order this morning 2 chicken nuggets orders they forgot the sauce. The fries were lukewarm and not salted. It's worth the drive to Englewood.

Pretty well food. The spicy McCrispy is my favorite and the chicken is good. The Bacon QP is also good and seasoned well. A great McDonald's franchise??
