They had an event going on. They had live music and a food truck. Once the food truck left they opened up the kitchen and had good food to choose from. We had the pretzel bites with the beer cheese and it was good. I would go back. They have a lot of flavors of shine there as well. I would say a flavor probably for everyone. The cost is reasonable.

The place is gorgeous, their distilled spirits are delicious, and they offer knowledge staff, great vibe, and an assortment of condiments, meat and cheese. I stopped in just to take a break from a long drive and truly enjoyed the introduction to moonshines, samples and conversation. My only regret is buying only one bottle to take home with me. I’ll be back!

Whenever we are in the Cook Forest or Brookeville areas, we always have to visit the Blackbird Distillery. The drink combinations at the just opened bar are excellent. When you visit, you'll feel like you're a member of the family because the owners and staff are so friendly. We adore coming to visit you all because you are so much fun.

This place is the best. Only problem, needs to be closer. This is a 1.5 hr drive from my place and it is worth every minute of it. The smoked cheese is amazing…lots of different varieties (My faves are the Ghost Pepper and Hot Pepper). Their selection of sauces and other locally canned items are fantastic (The Hot Pepper Mustard and Pretzel Mustard are the best). Lots of merch and of course some Shine! The Shine is fantastic but definitely a personal choice on each flavor as some just aren’t to my liking. Could not recommend this place more. If you are in the area or just want a cool place to check out…this is it!
