Contribute FeedbackThe Ruby Tuesday's location in Brooksville has been receiving mixed reviews, with some customers expressing disappointment in the food quality and service. While some have praised the salad bar and friendly servers like Madi, others have criticized long wait times for drinks and food, as well as issues with food preparation. Customers have noted problems such as overcooked brisket tacos, raw burgers, and a subpar salad bar experience. Despite positive aspects like friendly service from servers like Hailey and decent flavors in some dishes, overall, the restaurant seems to be struggling to meet customer expectations in terms of food quality and service.
Our first time at this location. Amanda was a great server. Food was delicious! They even got my well done steak right, something many chefs can't handle. Turtle cheesecake was good, but we would have put even more chocolate and caramel on it. (We're chocoholics).
Drove all the up to this restaurant because of the advertisement of their specials. However, this location IS NOT honoring or advertising the specials!!!!!! The only specials they offered was 2/$24 and $6 whiskey drinks. We ordered the Bourbon Chicken, good flavor, but portion of chicken was really small for the price!!! I would NEVER pay regular price at $16.99 for thismeal!!! Overall, DON'T waste time coming here!!!!
Overall Hailey our sever was awesome great attitude and I am all about the service. My wife had the grilled chicken burger she loved it frys good to go. My burger is what kept it from being a 5 super greasy and not cooked the way I wanted it but stilldecent flavor.
It was a very slow night. Waitress was amazing though! Salad bar is sub par in my opinion. They only had lite ranch. The side salads or additional salads they had were not very appetizing. The potatoe salad tastes like chemicals, the rice concoctionseemed like the rice was severely undercooked and just didn't taste right, the brocli one was just sub par flavor wise, andlastly the pasta salad with peas and ham was pretty good though I will give them that. The salad bar maybe would have seemedmaybe it was sitting a little long, but still tasted relatively fresh...! Wasn't a super fan of the fries with quesoeither. Overall they were cleanly. I wasn't a fan of the nachos and they kindly removed them from the bill even though I justdidn't like them.
This is the worst Ruby Tuesdays I have been to. We just ate at the one in Charlotte and it was amazing, this one was disgusting! I understand the labor shortage, I understand the food shortage, but at 1 o'clock on a Sunday with an emptyrestaurant, this is ridiculous. $30 for 2 salad bars and it was horrendous. I'm sorry to say but this but a very bad taste inour mouths for a restaurant that we once enjoyed.
