Roosters Cafe - Brooksville

We’ve visited a few times and each time we've experienced genuinely friendly and helpful service, along with great food! I highly recommend it.

The food is consistently excellent and fairly priced, and the servers are always cheerful.

Here's what I loved: it’s a straightforward, delicious country breakfast with equally tasty lunch options. The consistency keeps us coming back time after time. The couple who owns the place are incredibly friendly and welcoming. You really need to give them a try!

6 of us on a bike ride we covered the menu from breakfast to sandwiches to my open faced roast beef. I tip my hat to the chef. Our Server was on top of everything, keeping cups glasses full, making sure we had what we needed, enjoying our food and our overall dining experience. You definitely need to eat at Roosters!!!

I witnessed the owner discriminate against a Caucasian male. He wanted to sit at the end of the table and she told him no. He Responded well if I can’t sit where I want to sit then I’ll leave. So he did. He’s a regular customer, with a walker who sits there everyday. Previously during rush hour, the owner could not get past him so she pushed his chair in while he was sitting and she made him hurt his knee. He didn’t want to appear to be problematic so he never mentioned it to them. The Owner of this business is very cocky and basically in so many words, told him that if he didn’t like it, he didn’t have to eat there. I’m sorry, but you can go back to Hong Kong with that attitude. That is a United States citizen and he does not deserve to be treated that way. You have papers to be here. He’s was born here. He put in his time and been here his whole life. He’s old and doesn’t have a voice but I’m his voice today, and I will never eat here again!
