However, service can be inconsistent and slow, evenings are quieter than in its heyday, and it’s better as a hangout than a place to stay overnight.

We had our Christmas party at the Brooks last night. Supper was amazing, service was fantastic and they even setup everything to make it all festive for our group of 60. We will definitely be having our company Christmas party there next year. Thank you again Chase and all the staff!!
Great service, unique hotel, great food, place to visit when visiting Brooks Alberta
There's no better sandwich out there! It's a must-try if you're in Brooks. My favorite is the loaded roast beef. The owner is fantastic, and the whole place has a great vibe.
