The last time we came here, I didn't enjoy the food. Today, I have to admit, their crispy ribs are really good. It's so crispy outside and the flavor was delicious. The place was almost full and we had to line up to get our order. I have to try the other items on their menu and see if they're as good as this one.

The items range from Chinese, Filipino, Japanese and Vietnamese cuisines. Line up and place your order at the register. Typically only one staff at the register making the line go by slowly. Find a table and your food will be delivered to you. There is a self serve soda area, behind the register. The food comes out fast and hot. I got the udon, it's a good serving with a lot of ingredients (udon, chicken, fish ball, shrimp, bok choy, mushrooms). But it is bland, there is no flavor. You can add sriracha and chili oil but that only adds spice. It's missing the salt and umami flavors. What it does do fuel you up after the drive and get you ready to play for a couple of hours.
