What Anonym dislikes about Wangs:
fast delivery! everything else was just disappointed. flavors all seemed mutated, popcorn huhn was dry, wing sauce was just “spicy” because they raged chili flunk up. the sauce was just a note (honey sweetness.) there are better wings and better fried chicken in the opposite. View all feedback.

We already eat one thing at wangs and had only great experiences. from the care that is brought to eat, to the friendliness of the staff always comes through. I really love their hearty take on the track mi with a stripe crispy, fried chicken. the hearty crunch plays the traditional Vietnamese filling. their sides are not to be missed; reinterpretations of South-Comfort food with brownish and delightful Asian ingredients. the chicken was always sharp and crispy on the outside and delicate on the inside. also they can not go wrong with their brick of maisbrot and selection of home made diving sauce.
The best fried chicken in park slope! love that they have kept their prices low and even increased their shares (presumably that they doubled that glorious scalion maisbrot, while other stains have become stingy. also: not sure what with the bots below try to check-Bomb this incredible poc, women-own space. Although, if I were a local competitive and wangs fc and had actually tasted their world-class sites: Chinese sausages cranked greens, sumptuous kimchi macto name a few I would also be nervous.
Beautiful presentation and the chicken is cooked to perfection. BUT it is a 100% miss on flavor. The spicy wings and their potatoes are the best of the menu but even that doesn't compare to much cheaper spots out in Flushing or Lower East Side. The whole fried chicken and mac and cheese were severely lacking. Salt saved the mac and cheese and we tossed the heavily soy seasoned greens, but that chicken needed much more. I've been in the area for 6 years and don't understand why this place is so popular but would bet it's because it's pleasing to the Caucasian palate. I gave it two chances and both times regret not ordering elsewhere.
Wangs has captured attention with its visually striking dishes and a distinctive fusion of flavors, blending Korean and Mexican influences. Diners rave about the crispy fried chicken, succulent wings, and inventive sides like collard greens and cornbread, which reinterpret comfort food with an Asian twist. The menu boasts standout items like the kimchi loaded potato sandwich and bold caramel-sesame wings. While some critique a lack of flavor in certain offerings, many patrons deem it a must-visit for its hearty portions and friendly service. Overall, Wangs stands out as a vibrant addition to the local dining scene, tantalizing taste buds with its unique culinary creations.

If you're looking for the best Korean fried chicken in town, this is the place to go. And don't forget to try the delicious sides as well!
It's amazing how delicious the food is coming from such a small and humble kitchen. I'm not a fan of the oversized wings, as they can be a bit tough, but everything else is incredibly tasty. The watercress in the salad is always fresh and delicious, and the sides I've tried have all exceeded my expectations. I'm not usually a fan of potato salad, but I absolutely love theirs. I never would have thought that their special loaded potatoes with kimchi would be so addictive, especially since I'm not usually a fan of kimchi. The collard greens, corn, and grits have all been just as delicious. I can't get enough of Wangs!
The food is fantastic! I had the kimchi loaded potato egg sandwich and absolutely loved it. The flavors are a delicious blend of Korean and Mexican. I can't wait to come back and try the chicken wings. If you're in the area and enjoy street food, you have to check this place out.
I had the opportunity to enjoy some delectable Korean BBQ wings that I ordered for takeout. I savored them while situated just across the street, and I must say, they were truly exceptional. The wings exhibited a delightful crispy texture, an exquisite flavor that tantalized my taste buds, and just the right amount of heat to enhance the overall experience. As someone who frequently indulges in Korean BBQ wings, I find it customary to draw comparisons with other establishments, such as Wangs. Needless to say, my anticipation to revisit this establishment is palpable.

Crispy, delicious, amazing. Picture: Wangs (hot sauce) Loaded potato. Took dips as well, but it's kinda unnecessary cause the wings are full of sauce and the potatoes has it's own gig.
Huge crispy deliciously spicy korean fried chicken wings, I’m absolutely obsessed with this place. 3 wings is more than enough for one average adult, and an order of the korean wings comes with delicious fries too! we also got mac and cheese (must order, it’s too good , kimchi (great to cut the heaviness of everything else! , and cornbread (so good, the herb butter is everything . I will be back and I’ll make sure I’m starving when i arrive next time!
We’ve been eating at Wangs for a while now and have only had great experiences. From the care put into the food to the friendliness of the staff, Wangs always comes through. I really love their hearty take on the Bahn Mi with a strip of crispy, fried chicken. The savory crunch plays off the more traditional Vietnamese filling. Their sides are not to be missed; reinterpretations of southern comfort foods with tangy and delightful Asian ingredients. The chicken’s always been crisp and crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside. Plus, you can’t go wrong with their brick of cornbread and selection of house made dipping sauces.

Food was really good and the service was excellent. The employees are very polite and helpful besides being upbeat and not pushy and sarcastic. My only gripe was the crazy amount of Bees by the garbage pail which was overflowing with garbage but I have to say that the employees were busy, but still not an excuse to change bags for the overall comfort of ur customers. Alot more Pros than Cons for sure. Definitely check it out if you can. It's a neighborhood gem . I got the fried chicken sandwich and it was pretty good.. the chicken itself was crispy and really tasty, although it was super thin like a schnitzel. But overall the sandwich was dry and kinda bland. It needs something more, like a sweet or spicy element would be nice, even something pickled I think a good sauce would do it wonders. Also a bit expensive $15 cash or $17 card ..for one sandwich. After I paid, I asked if they have any hot sauce (there was a tiny cup of sauce sitting right there), and she said $1 extra. I said no thanks. I had high hopes, but got a just take your food, and move along experience. Kinda disappointing. A dry sandwich should come with some sauce. Maybe I 'll give it another shot.
