What User doesn't like about Via Roma Pizza:
One star is too generous. Placed a delivery order at 6:30 and at 8:30 received a notice saying the restaurant canceled my order. No explanation or anything. Tried calling to find out what was going on and they aren’t answering the phones. Poor way to treat customers. At least have the courtesy to contact your customers and apologize. The Margherita pizza is super good. I also had garlic knots with pepperoni. The sauce they use is top notch the people working here are nice. I’ll be back when I’m in the neighborhood!
This pizzeria is pretty cool, and my favorite part is the outdoor seating in the backyard! The French fries were delicious, the Mozzarella sticks were alright, and the Pizza had lots of flavor but was a bit too greasy.
I went to Franks down the block and it was a 20 min wait, so I left and ran into this place. It was perfect, thin crust, excellent cheese just the right amount of sauce. Courtyard in back was great spot to chill on a beautiful day in Brooklyn.
I recently moved out of NY and this place made me regret ever doing so. They have outdoor seating in the backyard. I got the Magherita and the sausage pepperoni. Both were delicious.
The staff at this restaurant are very friendly and welcoming. The pizza is delicious with a thin, crispy crust, tangy sauce, and just the right amount of cheese. It is exactly how pizza should be.
