He took excellent care of us when we felt uncomfortable, handling the situation promptly by removing a drunk patron who was bothering us. WALDO IS LITERALLY OUR HERO!!! He truly enhances the experience at Union Pool, creating such a great atmosphere! He definitely deserves a raise, LOL!
