the eating and ambiente of the place is so good! I feel every time I go back to home (méxico.) the service is very friendly, eating is great and the prices are affordable. love her birria tacos View all feedback.
What Dominique P doesn't like about Taqueria Milear:
There was too much taco shell in the dishes and the Enchiladas were lacking in meat. The sauce was bland and overwhelmed with tomato sauce. I likely wouldn't order this dish again. Additionally, I never received my Margaritas. View all feedback.
I live here! They can not cook their green sauce (my personal favorite) they can buy a glass with home. they are friendly, fast and consistent. the chips are crispy and hearty, guacamole is very fresh and the beans and tears do not taste as if they were sitting in a heat-tablet over which they crawl. I love above all the cheese enchiladas.
Homey Mexican spot in the opposite with a very sweet and spacious back terrace. friendly service and much less crowded than location on franklin. the tortillas are clearly homemade. eating is decent! a lot of veg options. it is a great place to hang up. but no alcohol.
Yum. Soft handmade tortillas and totopos, delicious suadero, mint frozen lemonade, and a cute backyard.
Honestly my favorite place in NY. Everything is incredible, including the frozen lemonade!
Why are you not eating here? You're missing out on a terrific little taqueria right in the middle of Crown Heights. Milear is an oasis of authentic Mexican food in a part of town not known for this cuisine. Locals in the know understand how lucky the neighborhood is to have it here. The takeout is terrific but they now have dine-in seating as well and the food is even fresher and more delicious. Their menu is full of simple, very well prepared, surprisingly flavorful dishes, including standout Birria tacos, which are worth the trip alone.
