Disappointed that it was not actually open the hours listed when I visited, would be nice for Pilot to put a 24 hour restaurant in this location.

Interesting visit this afternoon to this Subway. We approached the counter and we were met with a silent stare from the employee. Literally complete silence. Not a word. No, “welcome”, “can I help you?” “Hello”. Nothing. She just stared at us. I held off to see if she would break and do the right thing for several awkward seconds, but no luck, she remained steadfast in her commitment to silence and well below average customer service. I know what you are thinking.... Special needs or maybe sh

I visited Subway Shop for both lunch and dinner on October 3, 2021. Lunch was excellent—the staff were friendly, and the food tasted just like Subway. However, dinner was a different experience. This location closes at 8 PM, which I understand due to labor issues. I arrived around 7:45 PM, waited in line, ordered, and began eating. The employee, who introduced himself as Nivek, initially used what looked like rotisserie chicken for my chicken bacon ranch sub. It wasn’t a major issue, so I simply requested the regular chicken, which he replaced—but he displayed a bad attitude afterward. While ringing me up, he checked the time and complained about customers showing up last minute, even though my receipt was stamped 7:50 PM. Shortly after, at 7:57 PM, another customer entered and began ordering. Nivek immediately responded in an argumentative tone, saying they couldn’t make any more subs as he had already closed the register. The customer replied similarly, and the situation quickly escalated. I stood up for the customer because Nivek shouldn’t be complaining about patrons right in front of them.
