I do not know what happened. I used to come here almost everyday last year; I had the VIP account because I loved the freeze and bowls. The service was amazing.... read more I do not know what happened. I used to come here almost everyday last year; I had the VIP account because I loved the freeze and bowls. The service was amazing. I was met with staff who knew my name (not that they had to but it was nice to be recognized).This year it is the complete opposite. I do not recognize this new staff. They all seem like they do not want to be there. I have seen people sitting on the counters. The store is dirty. The staff make weird remarks to each other. I have tried to walk in and they were not open even though it was within their business hours. The machines did not work.I have cancelled my membership because of it. The products are great and affordable but the cost of having to deal with the staff is not worth it.Shoutout to the people who made it great. Guess nothing lasts forever.

My last few delivery ord... read more The staff at this location can be very hit or miss. They also haven 't had a working machine to make acai bowls in the past few months. My last few delivery orders from here consistently been missing the bowls. We went in person before work a few times and was told the machine wasn 't working. Another time we came back, the girl at the counter seemed so bothered to make the bowl, I almost didn 't want to ask for it. I 'm wondering now if the machine is actually broken, or are the employees just saying that so they don 't have to make the bowls? Waiting to see someone post a this is how we treat customers who want frozen things on the tok..

They have some of the best juices with very reasonable prices.If you get a membership you can unlock even better deals.They do free delivery so you can stock up on lots of juices for the week which is perfect for juice cleanses or meal replacements. Each juice comes out to just 4.10 when you have a membership which is phenomenal especially compared to other juice places.They have a wide mix of juices from roots to greens to lemonades and more. Each of their juices are so good. I love their roots line in particular.They also have froyo and açaí bowls which I tried before and again- so delicious.Highly recommend coming here. Pressed is truly the best.

The staff is also very helpful and friendly. The other day there was a problem with charging my card due to the connection and after a few tries they gave me my juices free of charge! I’m very glad this spot survived the pandemic and the L train renovation.
