Serving sustainably harvested oysters and creatively crafted cocktails with a nautical flair, Pilot offers a concise menu of seasonal dishes curated by renowned chef Kerry Heffernan. With a history spanning nearly 100 years, Pilot has experienced various roles including being a contender for the title of the fastest sailboat in the world, the longest-serving pilot ship in the country, a ferry for soldiers during World War II, and a research vessel that has circumnavigated the globe twice.

You must visit this dining experience. As the weather cools down and this is an outdoor location, we were fortunate enough to be there on their final night of the season. A stunning, renovated sailing ship, delicious signature cocktails, fresh oysters, and a breathtaking view of Manhattan. You couldn't ask for anything more!

Beautiful boat bar tucked away in Brooklyn Bridge Park. Great cocktails, nice staff, and a stellar place to watch the sun go down.
