Quick delivery and polite employees. Best pizza in the block

I ordered 4 pizzas, 1 order of cheese sticks, 1 order of garlic knots, 1 cinnamon pull apart, 1 chocolate chip dessert, and 4 drinks, all taking advantage of special deals. I used the 2 pizza deal for 2 medium 2-topping pizzas ($13.98), the Mix Match offer for two or more items at $6 each, and purchased 4 20oz beverages for $6. I applied my $20 rewards towards the total, which came to $42.95 after tax. When I picked up the food, I checked to ensure there were eight boxes and 4 drinks, but unfortunately, one dessert was missing. After contacting the restaurant, they initially said it was still in store. Eventually, they reheated the chocolate chip dessert and delivered it to me. However, there was a delay in the delivery, taking almost three hours from the time of my order. Despite this, the staff were unhelpful and rude, insisting that the mistake was mine. It was frustrating to have to wait so long for a missing item that I had paid for and came to collect myself. Overall, the experience was disappointing and left me feeling frustrated and angry.

The pizza at this restaurant is delicious, and the spicy buffalo wings are great too. I don't understand why it's not more crowded at times, maybe because of the pandemic. But overall, it's a good local pizza spot for me.

I placed an order online but never received it, even though tracking shows it was delivered. The driver did not ring my bell or call my phone. The customer service was terrible. When I contacted the store, they claimed they are not allowed to enter buildings or ring bells. However, when I called customer service, they said this was untrue. Therefore, if any employee tells you they cannot ring the bell or enter a building, it is a lie.
