After reading reviews I had the highest hopes for this pizza. And don’t get me wrong, it’s good, and it’s a really cool spot. But it wasn’t life changing or anything I’d rave about. It was a good meal with a good vibe!
Sit down pizza restaurant in Bushwick, specializing in Neopolitan and Square sourdough pizza. The seating inside is cozy and the tables are a bit tight. It’s ideal for a group of 2, maybe 4. There is also an Unheated outdoor patio and bar. The foodDefinitely enjoyed the evening here. Opted for the square pie as, neopolitans tend to all taste the same for me in NYC. You candefinitely taste the sourdough, which I enjoyed. The square is definitely on the smaller side, my wife and I had no problemfinishing it. On the pricier side at $28, but if you figure $14 pp, not terrible. There was a nice crust, the middle was a bitsoupy, maybe some time on the oven floor would’ve benefited this pie. Sauce was fresh and sweet. Good tang. Nice cheesecoverage. I recommend giving it a try. Also had a salad, simple lettuce, apple and a dressing. They have a wine list and somesimple cocktails.
Ops never disappoints. Whether coming for date night or stopping for a quick bite, the ambiance is eclectic and unpretentious while the food is absolutely superb. We’ve typically opted for the specials, which are always mouth-wateringlydelicious. Pro-tip: get the bud amaro with a splash of lime.

The dough was excellent. The mochi had a delightful texture, and the rise was perfect. I feel like I did well guessing the ingredients in each dish. I'm really glad we decided to give this place a try.
I have only had the margarita to go, it is absolutely delicious but she is small. I recommend something extra if u have a big appetite! Also the service was astonishing love love
Ambiance was very chill. Pizza came out of the oven hot and on our table immediately. Reminds me of a pizza in Naples. Servers were friendly and helpful.
Great food, cool space. However the host was passive aggressive and rude from the jump. When our check came after 90 mins (standard time to be seated for) we didn’t put our cards down right away and he came back around and picked up the cup with the check in it and slammed it against the table and quickly walked away. I’m a server myself so I can say that is insane behavior that would either get me fired or a stern talking to at least. How he should’ve gone about it was: if he needed the table back for a reservation, kindly let us know what time he needs the table back. This guy needs to be checked by management before he ruins somebodies experience entirely. Not to mention we waited an hour and a half for the table to begin with…

We came for early dinner it was pretty empty but it seemed like you needed to make a reservation after 7 pm. We had the onion pizza and butter beans. The beans were a great choice for our 15 month old son! Yummy

Absolutely delightful. Thank you Jenny! Fabulous pizza—we had the special—and excellent wine by the glass. Ambiance, music, light, decor, and most of all the smooth, expert and friendly service—all just right for a chic but casual evening.
The decor of OPS is outmoded with vintage style. There is only outdoor dining available currently. We had a salad, Marinara Pizza and Iron Age Pizza to share with a group of four. The pizza was amazingly delicious when it was served warm fresh, especially the dough, super tender and soft. However, since there is only outdoor seating available, the pizza is easily cooling down with tough texture in low temperature. We highly recommend to do a take out order or eat in a hurry.
The sourdough crust at this place is absolutely delightful. I sampled the Pops and Iron Age pizzas, along with a marinated feta appetizer. The chili oil served on the side of the pizza is quite exceptional. Their outdoor dining arrangement during the Covid-19 pandemic is also impressive. Kudos to the staff for their friendliness and professionalism. I’ll definitely return to explore more of the menu.
