Was User at Ops a mag?
After reading reviews I had the highest hopes for this pizza. And don’t get me wrong, it’s good, and it’s a really cool spot. But it wasn’t life changing or anything I’d rave about. It was a good meal with a good vibe! View all feedback.
What Jason P dislikes about Ops:
I had dinner last night after a recommendation. My wife has a gluten allergy, and she informed the server, who recommended the gluten-free pizza. Unfortunately, after eating it, she became very ill, which leads us to believe she either was not served a gluten-free pizza or there was significant cross-contamination that wasn't disclosed. This was very disappointing! View all feedback.

Great food, cool space. However the host was passive aggressive and rude from the jump. When our check came after 90 mins (standard time to be seated for) we didn’t put our cards down right away and he came back around and picked up the cup with the check in it and slammed it against the table and quickly walked away. I’m a server myself so I can say that is insane behavior that would either get me fired or a stern talking to at least. How he should’ve gone about it was: if he needed the table back for a reservation, kindly let us know what time he needs the table back. This guy needs to be checked by management before he ruins somebodies experience entirely. Not to mention we waited an hour and a half for the table to begin with…
Ops is a delight. If you’re looking for a great sourdough crust pizza this is the spot. Also a cute vibe inside
Probably my favorite pizza in town, definitely the best calzones and the way they handle veggies is so spectacular in flavor without having some lavish plating style. it’s truly the comfiest environment to grub good. servers are super nice and overall very efficient and fast service. love this place.
Cute spot, deliciously chewy sourdough pizza with simple good ingredients. Some of the servers seemed a little stressed and were not particularly nice. But overall still worth going.
Fantastic all around. Ops is often brought up as one of the best pizza spots in Brooklyn. Did it live up to the hype? Yes! And I'd say in terms of neopolitan style it may be the best Brooklyn has to offer. And including a comparison to NY style or Detroit style top places it is certainly in my top 10 and possibly top 5. Especially if you're going for the full experience. They have a good selection of wines and amaro, and the staff was very knowledgeable. A must try Brooklyn restaurant if you ask me.

Ops never disappoints. Whether coming for date night or stopping for a quick bite, the ambiance is eclectic and unpretentious while the food is absolutely superb. We?ve typically opted for the specials, which are always mouth-wateringly delicious. Pro-tip: get the bud amaro with a splash of lime.
We came for early dinner it was pretty empty but it seemed like you needed to make a reservation after 7 pm. We had the onion pizza and butter beans. The beans were a great choice for our 15 month old son! Yummy ???? wines and always a bonus for us they had a high chair.
Op?s is one of the most underrated pizza restaurants in nyc. Their pizzas boast a lightweight perfectly crispy, not too thin crust topped with a flavorful sauce ???? idk why ppl are sleeping on Ops. It?s comparable to Lucali?s !
After reading the reviews, I had high hopes for this pizza. While it was definitely tasty and the ambiance was enjoyable, it didn't completely wow me or leave me raving. Overall, it was a satisfying meal with a pleasant atmosphere!
We had a fantastic evening at Ops. I opted for the square pizza because, in my experience, Neapolitan pizzas around NYC often taste quite similar. This one stood out with a noticeable sourdough flavor, which I really enjoyed. That said, the square pizza was a bit smaller than I expected. My wife...

Absolutely delightful. Thank you Jenny! Fabulous pizza—we had the special—and excellent wine by the glass. Ambiance, music, light, decor, and most of all the smooth, expert and friendly service—all just right for a chic but casual evening.
The decor of OPS is outmoded with vintage style. There is only outdoor dining available currently. We had a salad, Marinara Pizza and Iron Age Pizza to share with a group of four. The pizza was amazingly delicious when it was served warm fresh, especially the dough, super tender and soft. However, since there is only outdoor seating available, the pizza is easily cooling down with tough texture in low temperature. We highly recommend to do a take out order or eat in a hurry.
