The atmosphere of this restaurant is truly unique! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and they offer a wide variety of health products that are hard to find elsewhere. The Woodstock brand's medjool dates are a must-try - they are the best dates you will ever taste!

On Friday, November 25th, 2022, a female employee at the restaurant cost us customers. She was on the phone discussing pricing and ordering a product and told me to wait 5 minutes for a text with her name. When I called her back, she was unhelpful and rude, claiming she wasn't ordering anything and abruptly hanging up. This behavior was lazy, disrespectful, and unprofessional. This experience left me questioning the quality of customer service at this establishment.

I absolutely adore this place! The customer service here is outstanding, with two lovely ladies always available to help with phone calls, online orders, and just being sweethearts in general. The staff is incredibly helpful, always willing to provide more information on any product. Every time I visit, the spot is clean and well-organized. The owner is also very kind and knowledgeable about the products on the shelves. If you're in town, make sure to try their acai bowls - they're a must! Overall, I have a great appreciation for this place and the journey there is definitely worth it.

They don't acknowledge their loyal customers, so I won’t ever be coming back here again. I spent so much money in this place and they want to tell me 2 weeks later when I come back because they were closed awhile for holidays that their system was down and they didn’t charge me for an $8 product over 11 days ago. Of course, I paid, but that says a lot about the business. It wasn’t even about the $8, which is pocket change money, it’s about the principle of things to tell me this 11 days later to remember throughout all the holidays about this $8 charge when I come back in the store and not feel embarrassed telling me this when I have been a customer for years. Not a way to run a business. I understand something that was expensive but you will really confront me about an $8 charge that is your fault your system was down. I spent way more money in that place than $8, but now I’ll be spending $0. I really suggest this business rethink the way they conduct things. Being money hungry like that to customers for many years won’t help your business strive. Everything gets noted.
