My fried fish was horrible. Tasted of old grease. The gentleman that waited on me was very nice. The mac and cheese was mushy.Food: 2/5

Food smelled nice, that's about the only nice thing I can say. They kept me waiting over 40 minutes for my order, asked them repeatedly about it and all they'd say was that it wasn't ready, they'd shout about my order to the rest of the staff and they'd just look at each other and go back to what they were doing. Horrible service, avoid if possible.

Food is absolutely wonderful but customer service is TERRIBLE, my friends and I traveled from MD to New York to try food and everything was practically GONE. The staff snickled and giggled and laughed in our faces instead of expressing in a professional manner that certain things weren’t available. I highly dislike the way staff handled themselves and took our orders while laughing in our faces.

The customer service was HORRIBLE. I ordered a whiting dinner and that’s not the type of fish that i was served. They wouldn’t exchange or offer a refund so it was a waste of my money. Just about every item on the menu was sold out and there was no manager on site for me to talk to. The ambiance is not what it’s described as online. It’s a carryout not a restaurant and the employees laugh at you in your face while you’re ordering and when told how unprofessional that is they claim it’s an inside joke and that it’s no pleasing us. “Who is us”? This one table having carry out has mediocre food that I wouldn’t waste my money on.
