No laptops allowed on weekends except for weekdays for only 1 hour. Very loud and tight. The tables are rustic, but difficult to clean as evident from the sticky surfaces and edges. Everything is self serve except the food and drinks. Coffee is great, food is decent! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Maman Greenpoint:
Pretty awful experience here. Took 45 min for avocado toast, a breakfast bowl and a slice of quiche and all were bland. The avocado toast was supposed to come with pumpkin seeds, chili flakes, cilantro, and flaky salt…none of that was included. The avocado tasted like sabra guacamole spread. The ratatouille bowl was bland and soggy, tasted like nothingness and was a pile of glob. The quiche was also extraordinarily b... View all feedback.
The food here is a waste of money, coffee is great, and service behind the counter is a hit or miss just like NY weather : . I came here 5 times, and 4 out of the 5 times, my coffee order was wrong, It all depends who you get to take your order. There are lots of better coffee shops in the neighborhood. So never again!

I tried the Quiche Lorraine and it was served hot with a delicious crust. My husband had a Bowl with potatoes, bacon, grilled onions, and egg, and he said it was really good. The cappuccino and drip coffee were excellent with no bitterness and smooth flavors, much better than other local coffee shops. The highlight of the meal, however, was the cookies. We ordered one of each of the four available that day and they were delicious. Although we sat outside due to the busy indoor seating and nice weather, the view was slightly marred by three dumpsters on the sidewalk nearby which created an unpleasant smell at times. Despite this, I would definitely return for the pastries and cookies, as everything in that section looked amazing. Overall, a place worth visiting frequently.
This cafe is absolutely adorable! The lavender-honey latte and salmon tartine were both delicious. I couldn't resist trying the raspberry flower croissant, and it was amazing - so buttery and flaky! My husband, who is gluten intolerant, was pleased with their gluten-free bread. He enjoyed a sandwich and said it was wonderful!
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Maman and it was an incredible experience. The cafe had a cozy and inviting atmosphere, with beautiful decor and a warm and welcoming vibe. The food and drinks were absolutely delicious! The pastries were baked fresh and had a wonderful flavor and texture. The coffee was also excellent, with a rich and smooth taste. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure that everything was to my liking. They were also happy to make recommendations and answer any questions I had about the menu. One thing I really appreciated about Maman was the attention to detail. Everything from the presentation of the food to the cleanliness of the cafe was impeccable. Overall, I highly recommend Maman to anyone looking for delicious pastries, coffee, and a great atmosphere. The staff, food, and ambiance were all top-notch. Five stars!
