Little Skips South - Brooklyn

Delicious cheddar chive biscuit! This coffee spot is very convenient for me since my other favorites are farther south. It wasn’t too crowded on a weekend morning, which made for a nice, quiet experience. The ube latte didn't have a strong ube flavor, but it was still quite good. My total came to $13, including tip, for a small drink and the biscuit, which feels a bit pricey for a regular visit. However, it’s a decent option if you’re feeling curious. They also sell art and cute items—I was tempted by the handmade tote bags!

I visited the restaurant for a roasted bagel with butter. Although there was plenty of light, the staff unfortunately burned my bagel to the point of being unrecognizable, and they seemed to think that was acceptable. I decided to go along with it, but I was disappointed that they didn't even provide a paper bag. In fact, I had to ask for napkins. Overall, I found the service lacking considering the above-average prices in the neighborhood.

I wouldn't recommend this place. Instead, try Hamlet on Rogers. I've been here multiple times on my way to work, and they often don't have coffee available. Additionally, they frequently run out of items from their menu.

I have a vegan cream cheese and jelly bagel and I had to sit and make homework it was very nice
