Contribute FeedbackLittle Cupcake Bakeshop has garnered a mixed yet vibrant clientele, praised for its charming atmosphere and friendly service. While some customers note the cupcakes tend to be dry, the rich frostings often steal the spotlight. Standout flavors like red velvet and seasonal lemon are particularly lauded, alongside vegan options that satisfy diverse palates. The bakery's cozy decor and thoughtful holiday themes create an inviting setting, making it a beloved spot for locals. However, some critics suggest that improvements in baking consistency and packaging could elevate the experience further. Overall, this delightful bakery remains a sweet treasure in the neighborhood.
Cookie dough cakethis disc was from little cupcake bakeshop and it was just too good? it consists of three layers of soft vanilla cake, which pair so well with the lush keksteig filling, which also contains keksteig bags. then is it all with a layer vanille buttercream and chocolate goose?! if that doesn't sound like the perfect disc, what does that even matter?
I have a red with cupcake and a slice of golden chocolate cake. it was very disappointing the cake was dry and the cupcake was hard and tasted like a few days old. others then that the service was good. but I wouldn't come back.
Came to buy several cupcakes for my family. it was disappointed by a worker there. felt rushed to the decision what we got and while we told her what we wanted was also very dismissed. usually do not like to post negative reviews, but service here is not very friendly at all. cupcakes are great, but they need to hire better workers or train them on customer service.
Can I bake better cupcakes at home? Yeah, you can? I trust not to eat all 12 cupcakes I baked? I have come to this cupcake shop several times in the last months. my first time I was unimpressed and actually not even finished the cupcakes as they were either baked or stabbed. But after I recently tried the cupcakes from the situation in manhattan, I decided to give them another try. the cupcakes the second and third times around were better than the first time, but still would have benefited from that often a few minutes earlier. the frosting was noticeable! I have tried the golden chocolate, golden vanilla, red velvet, carrot and brooklyn black. I still think the best place for cupcakes in the city is georgetown cupcake (soho) because of their cupcakes never taste baked. so that these cupcakes would get a four or five star review, they would have to work on their back time and please make boxes available for even only one or two cupcakes, otherwise they are fairly guaranteed to finish with a smooshed cupcake when they come home. I would like to be willing to pay 50 cent for a single box, which offers georgetown when they buy a cupcake. I am also not sure what all bad reviews are about customer service. I've found everyone working here to be friendly.
This location is very charming! As you will see in the pics taken yesterday, they decorate for all the holidays! I have had a few of their cupcakes, brownies and smores. The brownies are decent. My daughter loves the smores. I can never buy one..The cupcakes tend to be a tad dry, however, the yummy frostings more than balance them out. I have not tried the cheesecake. Bought some cookie dough cupcakes to celebrate my daughter's birthday and they were really good and memorable! Want more! The staff is welcoming and friendly and it is good to see a small business still thriving despite all the upheaval of the past 2 years! Great location, right across the street from Foodtown of Bay Ridge... great quality for a reasonable price!
