Their incredible menu truly lived up to my expectations! The meal was perfectly orchestrated, and it paired wonderfully with the signature pisco cocktail—so much so that I had two! I was particularly impressed by the scallop ceviche served on aji amarillo gazpacho, and the flavor of the pesto spinach tagliolini still lingers in my mouth. I can’t wait to return for more fantastic dishes!
