La Marea comes from Westchester where we have many to choose from and it definitely falls into that category. The food was outstanding and the place was very welcoming and comfortable. Can't say enough well. All you have to do is try it yourself.

Instead of new American we got a menu of standard bar food. We left so I can’t attest to the quality of the food but expect $9 quesadillas, etc

Menu does not match what is listed it is quite different and mostly bar type foods with minimal entrees (what we went for... The cocktails were good. I got the steak but it was chewy; rice and beans that came with it were better. The chips and guac were good. I'd tell people to go for bar food and to watch a game. Not good for dates, tho it has a good amount of space for groups. The couch seating is weirdly high my thighs touched the table and I am very petite.

The food was great and the service was friendly and excellent. I have recommended it already to some friends and we will be back again.

I booked a table for four at Juno for myself, my, boyfriend, my brother and his girlfriend, whom I was meeting for the first time. I wanted a nice sit down dinn... read more I booked a table for four at Juno for myself, my, boyfriend, my brother and his girlfriend, whom I was meeting for the first time. I wanted a nice sit down dinner with good entrees and ambiance, which based on Juno’s online dinner menu it looked like they had. Instead we walking in at 7 to find an almost entirely empty hookah bar. We seated ourselves at a nice table with a view in the extension at the back and our waitress kindly offered to open the window to counterbalance the blasting heat. There were only sandwiches and apps on the menu, no big plates. The drink list had no prices so our bill was a bit of a shock $12 each for pretty basic cocktails). Everything was fine but almost $200 cash only btw) for a middling dinner for four was not great value for money. Between that and the false menu advertising I wouldn’t recommend this place except maybe for hookah.

My first time there I ordered the burger, which is one the best burgers I 've had in New York. Certainly in Brooklyn. 8 ounces of flavorful beef grass fed on a brioche bun from a local bakery. The fries where delicious. Piping hot and crisply. I was so impressed I went back 3 days later for brunch. I had the 'Sage Egg, ' fantastic and filling. It 's become one of my go to spots to take my laptop, order some food and a drink, and do my thing. I highly recommend Juno and hope that they thrive.

It's just a short walk from our apartment and we've been meaning to go for so long. My fiancé and I finally dined there last night for our 7th year Anniversary dinner. We heard the food was good but did not really realize what we were about to get into. The burger with fries and the hanger steak were orgasmic! The steak was so tender and bursting with flavor and the vegetables were cooked to perfection. We didn't try one of the delicious looking cocktails as we went for a yummy cider but we will definitely be back soon to give them a try! The restaurant has a chill vibe with dim lighting, cool music and 3 different areas to sit, the front bar, the back downstairs and upstairs area. I loved that every room had Windows which I wasn't expecting. The owner served us and also ran the bar. He was such a nice guy! At the end of the meal his credit card machine went down after running our card, he told us not to worry about being able to leave a tip. What! Of course we still left a tip because the service and food were excellent! Can't wait to come back for brunch! HIGHLY recommended!

Soups....Stellar Heard tacos are amazing, by appearance alone...yes lawd. Side note: Nice bartenders are Standard Good Bartenders have talent....this place got it right. .

They use top quality chicken, steak, and shrimp for their tacos which is delicious Yum!! Plus, you get to rock out to some great '90s jams while getting your taco on. Ask for Matt and Linda who will be behind the bar and instantly make you feel at home.
