I wouldn't recommend dining here until there’s an inspection and some significant changes in staff and management. Unfortunately, I witnessed a cockroach emerge from my neighbor's syrup, and the place is clearly understaffed. This location has really declined over time. View all feedback.

We visited the IHOP on Brookpark for my twin nephews' birthday on March 15, 2022, and there were 14 of us, not including the other customers in the restaurant. Despite being short-staffed, the servers did an amazing job! They were attentive and managed everything exceptionally well. I want to express my gratitude to them for their hard work and dedication! They truly went above and beyond!
My favorite dish is the Big Steak omelette. They really deliver with this massive meal! The eggs are cooked perfectly—fluffy, not mushy. The steak is both tender and juicy...
